Membership Information

You have selected the Premium Lifetime membership level.

The Premium Membership gives unfettered access to ALL our online community content, training, tools and services. Premium Members also enjoy a higher level of discount on our done-for-you services.
Premium Membership is automatically granted free-of-charge to investors who become clients of our property deal sourcing services and enter into the appropriate contract.
It is also available to users who have not yet become our client on a lifetime basis at the fee shown. In the event that a paid member at the Premium level subsequently becomes a sourcing client, they will be entitled to a full credit of their membership fee against our sourcing fees.

“Lifetime” means the lifetime of this website, which is intended to remain available so long as BIAS Property Solutions continues trading. It does not mean the lifetime of you, the member.

The price for membership is £499.99 now. Members in the EU will be charged a VAT tax.

Some of our clients prefer payment by bank transfer to avoid the need to monitor third party platforms especially for recurring payments.

There are a few points to understand if using this payment method.

Access to membership benefits will be given manually by our admin team once payment confirmation is received.
BIAS Property admin team working hours are Monday to Friday 0800-1700. There is no admin service on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.
Where available, your bank’s Faster Payment service should be used.
For recurring subscriptions

You can safely set up a Standing Order – subscription prices are fixed for the duration of your continuous membership.
Reminders will be sent to the account email address 7 days before payment is due.
There will be 7 days of grace before your membership is cancelled in the event of non-payment.
