For potential investors seeking to learn more about or to progress towards becoming a qualifying purchaser, we have a 3 step process eventually leading to an application to join the BIAS Property Group Active Client List – please note that you must become a member of our Active List in order to take advantage of any property deals offered by us. Due to Anti Money Laundering Regulations it is illegal for us to work with any potential client unless and until they have passed our Due Diligence procedures and, in order for us to be certain that we are offering the right deals to the right clients, we are also required to complete in-depth “Know Your Customer” procedures.

The first step for most interested parties is to access the enhanced information which for most deals we provide as standard to cover those questions which we are most frequently asked by clients. Typically this may include “Best Case” and “Worst Case” financial scenarios; suggested Refurbishment Schedule of Works; extra images; floorplans etc. etc., but it can vary from deal to deal, and deal packs may also be updated from time to time.

In order to access this enhanced level of information, as well as future member-specific content and events you need to join our BIAS Property Community as an Interested Observer which is totally free and with no future nor ongoing commitment.
